Do not cut them apart until you have them on the shafts and you're sure they fit. No returns on cut heddles. Measure from the top of the upper heddle bar to the bottom of the lower heddle bar to determine the correct length.

My son has a small bedroom & not a lot of storage, so I was looking for something to hold his cologne & hair products, etc. I know these are ‘bathroom shelves’, but the black went well with his room decor. They look great & are exactly what he needed. They were easy to install & seem stable. The only slightly negative thing is the quality of the shelf part. It’s a cheap mdf-type material & had a couple areas that had the black paint scratched off, but it was so minor I’m fine with it. They look nice & have an industrial look, which is great for a boys room.
