Finally Found a Magnesium That Works Without Side Effects

I started taking this magnesium because I was dealing with frequent leg cramps, especially at night, and it has made a huge difference for me. Since using this brand consistently, my cramps have almost completely disappeared and my muscles feel much more relaxed.
